Feature Request: Optional status bar icon and Tools menu #93

I'd like to request the following new features:

1.  Option to not display the HttpFox icon in the status bar.
2.  Option to not display the HttpFox menu in the Tools menu.

For example, the Firefox extension IE Tab 2 has these features.
