Creatures dont recover health with lair #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creatures using the lair to recover health after battle.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Creatures move about lair when dropped, and then walk out with recovering health

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.38a and using Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a known problem of v0.38 and should have been resolved in v0.38a. Are 
you sure it still happens in v0.38a?

Would appear I am running 0.38 and havent got the latest version.
Had assumed I had downloaded 0.38a,
