Update asset filename for the axulart beach file

The beach spritesheet filename has a custom character in it: AxulArtīs_Basic-Top-down-interior_By_AxulArt_scaled_4x_pngcrushed.png.

To make sure there is no future conflicts, we should rename the asset file
