AOKP Rom Weather not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on weather options in AOKP rom to show in lock screen (settings -> Rom 
options-> Lock screen, and settings -> Rom options-> Weather)
2. Lock the phone screen
3. Weather does now show. N/A is shown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Weather should update in lock screen.

What version of the product are you using
aokp_presto_unofficial_Apr-20-13.zip 

Please provide any additional information below.
Some Errors are noticed for WeatherXmlParser in logcat. Another user also 
reported this same problem (not sure if its a problem with this rom port or the 
AOKP rom):

Please provide logcat and dmesg. {REQUIRED}

i will close this issue ticket, b/c no one built newer aokp, and it maybe 
solved already
it is possible to reopen ticket if someone will build aokp and problem will 
exist
