The device fails to respose immediately when turn off the USB Storage #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect the device to a computer via a usb cable.
2.Turn on USB storage and wait for the sd card to appear in the connected 
computer.
3. Now Turn OFF the USB storage and dont unplug the cable.
4. Observe the device behavior.

What is the expected output? 
The device should be responsive immediately.

What do you see instead?
The device fails to response, will response after a minute.

What version of the product are you using

Please provide any additional information below.
I was faced this issue every time

Please provide logcat and dmesg. {REQUIRED}
