slow charging, won't switch to ac mode #57

What steps will reproduce the problem? {REQUIRED}
1.plug in wall charger 
2.check charging status 
3.doesn't change from usb charging mode 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to have the phone switch into ac charging mode instead of being stuck 
in usb mode. 

Did you make a full wipe/clean dalvik cache/clean data cache? {REQUIRED}

Yes

What version of the product are you using {REQUIRED}

sorry for the delay in responding, something suddenly came up. I've happened to 
notice that in the dmesg, it is set to fast charge, but only draw 700ma. Would 
that be the reason behind the problem? Thanks again for the help.

700ma is a stock value
actually it switch to ac mode, but in settings - battery usage - AC/USB chargin 
info is incorrect
