No Audio output from headphone Jack after using Google now(or related apps)

What steps will reproduce the problem? {REQUIRED}

1.Insert earphones/earbuds in device.
2.open up Google now and ask anything (which will give you voice result).
3.The audio output will be from Device's speaker and not from earbuds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Did you make a full wipe/clean dalvik cache/clean data cache? {REQUIRED}

:> Yeah.

What version of the product are you using {REQUIRED}

Please provide any additional information below.

:> This bug seems to exist with apps like Utter, Eva, etc.
