Radio results in battery drain #63

What steps will reproduce the problem? {REQUIRED}
1. phone with data on
2. radio seems to switch often through 3G, HSPA, HSPA+
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using a data on/off program gives the battery life of approx. 36 hours. With 
just data on all the time, battery has life of approx. 12 hours.

Did you make a full wipe/clean dalvik cache/clean data cache? {REQUIRED}
Issue persists across full wipes and builds

What version of the product are you using {REQUIRED}
All unofficial CM10 builds including cm-10-20130529-UNOFFICIAL-presto

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe the RIL?

Please provide logcat and dmesg. {REQUIRED}

3g need more power then 2g, even when data is off. and it switchs to 
3g->HSPA->hspa+ to gain more speed and back to save battery. and what program? 
btw i need more info, like usage screenshot. do you have LTE in your area? 
seems lte consume less energy than 3g.

I do have LTE in the area (although on Straight Talk, I don't think it's 
accessible). The phone can have no programs running, screen off, and simply 
have data on and the battery will drain. Turn data off and the battery will 
last for days if the screen is off.

hmm...thats strange. i will test it tommorow without wifi.

charge your phone to 100% then discharge and when it gets 15-20% provide here 
text dumpfile from this tool. Dont forget to give root access for this tool for 
full info.

here is the dumpfile from yesterday. google maps being uninstalled today 
doesn't seem to help.

I turned off GPS and 41 minutes unplugged after full charge and battery is 
still at 100%.
