Followup to previous BT Mac address issue

What steps will reproduce the problem? {REQUIRED}
1.turn on BT and the mac address is set to 00:01:02:03:04:05 on multiple 
devices (I have two devices both running the same build 
cm-10-20130708-UNOFFICIAL-presto.zip
2.cannot establish BT communication between the devices because both devices 
are assigned the same mac address
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Did you make a full wipe/clean dalvik cache/clean data cache? {REQUIRED}YES

What version of the product are you using 
{REQUIRED}cm-10-20130708-UNOFFICIAL-presto.zip

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a previous issue which i reported and was supposed to be fixed with the 
latest release. The mac address has been changed in the latest build, but both 
devices are still being assigned the same mac address. If the developer working 
on this issue would like me to do some testing on my devices feel free to 
contact me at derrick.t at mail dot com.

Please provide logcat and dmesg. {REQUIRED}
