My Pantech Reboots #89

What steps will reproduce the problem? {REQUIRED}
1.After upgrading to paranoid it is rebooting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have expected jelly bean but it is only rebooting after upgrade.It will be 
online for 4-5 minutes again reboots

Did you make a full wipe/clean dalvik cache/clean data cache? {REQUIRED}
Yes

What version of the product are you using {REQUIRED}
It was Ice Cream Sandwich.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have rooted and taken backup as per recommendations and upgraded Paranoid and 
Cynagenmod 10 still same issue. But paranoid at least boots up and after 4-5 
mins reboot but cynagenmod reboots continously.

Please provide logcat and dmesg. {REQUIRED}
where I can find the logcat and dmesg and how will i be accessing it when it is 
rebooting continously.

I have rolled back to ics now.

Did you unlock your Bootloader?
