Remaining TODO:

[x] Use Transactions for functions that do multiple queries - https://docs.rs/axum-sqlx-tx/latest/axum_sqlx_tx/
[x] Setup object storage.
[x] Setup OrganisationAdmin like SuperUser with FromRequest.
[x] Move to "model" layout
