feat(calendar): tweak styling of calendar

Made the following changes to the timetable/room page:

• Right aligned the date selector and added a "Room Bookings" header in line with Alec's Figma
• Used MUI ButtonGroup and ToggleButtonGroup for the toolbar
• Removed the date from the toolbar (it's already in the selector)
• Limited the calendar to 9AM - 10PM (might need to change for library rooms)
• Reformatted times not to have a :00 at the end cos it was kinda cluttered
• Increased the font weight of event names
• Squished the calendar so it will always fit on the page, and the events only are scrollable
• Removed the all day header and the weird right margin on each column
• Added a border radius and box-shadow (tried to copy MUI Paper)
• Used MUI useMediaQuery() hook to handle resize
