doc: update README to use npm instead of pnpm #457

Previously, freerooms used pnpm as the package manager. Since we have now moved to using npm in this PR, adjusted the install and run instructions in README files for both backend and frontend accordingly.

Weird; you should be authorised as a member of the DevSoc group, not sure why you can't :( I'll double check but you should be in the Freerooms team too

Yup all good; freerooms team members should be able to merge PRs into dev now
