462 - feature implement dark mode

Changes made

• made everything dark 🌚
• some features: toggle button on navbar that is active when dark mode is toggled on, search modal, sort & filter dropdowns have gone dark, building-drawer gone dark too, google maps dark version, room booking page gone dark too :))

Looks really good! Did you encounter any issue with the nextjs version being outdated and crashing when searching w/ darkmode? Otherwise that may just be a me problem; updating to nextjs 14 and making some changes fixed it

That's weird no I don't think I had this issue.
