Additional context

Refactor Console.tsx class and DevModeComponent.tsx, left up param dependency to GlobalStateStore.ts.
Moving the Console.tsx to code editor section, and do fixed size first.
Improve ui of Console.tsx mock with vscode light scheme.
Integrate with Andrea's dynamic adjustable tab.
