Description

We will need to have a small button that can be for general usage (see below).

Requirements

Should display a '-' on the top left depending on whether we want it to be displayed or not
Can also be filled if we specify in the props
Takes in dynamic text to display

Acceptance criteria

as per requirements & changes are visually sound and can be recreated locally
