Senior Backend Engineer

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join Jusbrasil's Data team. We have the mission of gathering and structuring all Brazilian public data. There's a vast amount of valuable public Data out there. The applications for it are yet to be discovered, ranging from Public Transparency to Improving efficiency of major justice and business sectors. We empower more than 2 million daily users through a platform developed using top-tier technology, from Distributed Systems to Artificial Intelligence, processing Terabytes of data - And we're still only scratching the surface.

On a daily basis, you'll be helping the team to thrive, implementing data extractors and key components for our services, reviewing Pull requests and being part of planning meetings to discuss priorities and tackle on things that might get in our way.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios:

You have at least 4 years of experience with hands on Software Development
You're experienced with at least one Object or Functional Oriented programming language (Bonus if you're experienced with Python)
English content should be no problem for you to master (Bonus if you're an English Speaker)
Have deployed large scale systems
Have experience with Distributed Systems (Task queueing, Distributed databases, Caching, etc)
You test your code

Have open-source experience
