Add Why Laravel presentation file #502

Well, I didn't check if the LICENSE file is indeed CC-BY, and I think most people won't. I would personally prefer the license to be stated in the presentation itself, since people are most probably going to either share (or link directly to) the pdf file without the LICENSE. The pdf file could have the CC-BY icons in the first slide, or even have a separate slide, stating the license.

What I am more worried about though is the content of the slides, there are several pictures and drawings in the presentation that are used without appropriate attribution (no source mention) or reference to the corresponding license (if any).

@zakkak I am not the author of the presentation file so such an edit is currently impossible. I would suggest proceeding this way otherwise to contact the owner of the presentation and make the recommended changes.
