Breakdown:

[x] Create endpoint to get information about hackaton team and member
[x] Hackaton can't buy ticket twice

Screenshot:

reponse when login as user role_id = hackaton, will return the hackaton team nya and all member of hackaton team user_hacker_team

response when login as admin, will return all hackaton team and all member of hackaton team admin_hackaton
