[feat: backend] Create "Have" data model

Description

We need a way to store items that people "have" in the database. Users should be able to post an items details and location.

Requirements

• use mongoose to create a Have schema
• schema should define the following fields
  • title
  • description
  • zip
  • user
  • quantity

Testing

• Use Mongo Compass to determine if the model was successfully create in the database
• Use Mongo Compass to add Have documents into the database
