[feat: backend] Create "Need" data model #5

Description

We need a way to store items that people "Need" in the database. Users should be able to post an items details and location.

Requirements

use mongoose to create a Need schema
schema should define the following fields
- title
- description
- zip
- user
- quantity

Testing

Use Mongo Compass to determine if the model was successfully created in the database
Use Mongo Compass to add Need documents into the database

Please take a look at my commented out section. I'd like to know if services would be something that could also be a Have or if we're sticking just to goods.
