Global Configuration - UI Standardization #2041

Summary

Standardize the different UI elements on the Global Configuration page to make styling in different sub views unified/consistent.

Motivation

Currently, different sub views on the Global Configuration page have slightly different styling. So with these changes, all sub views styling will be unified/consistent across the Global Configuration page.

Proposal

The following is the list of different items/elements to standardise,

  1. Unify the header and description
  2. Unify inner container width
  3. Add bottom spacing for Inner containers
  4. Unify the info & input box. E.g. Host URL info & input box
  5. Fix the hover state for project cards
  6. Cluster and Env: Install bar - Change color to match info box, fix top margin, update install CTA position.
  7. Unify the add new option - use dashed border, color, height, etc.
  8. Remove group listing/rows from add group to user & API token views.
  9. Add super admin permission view to the user similar to API token
