Bug: [Prod] [BE]Timezone functionality now working for D/W

📜 Description

Create a D/W (suppose Blackout Window ) -> chose once duration -> chose any another timezone other than GMT+5:30 lets say i chose GMT +5:45 -> on UI GMT+5:45 is visible but time duration is set in respect to GMT +5:30

It should work correct time duration with respect to timezone

👎 Actual Behavior

It is defaulted to GMT +5:30 only
