Add shortcuts list to sidebar

• [ ] Track useful shortcuts, including chord/keybind, application, description, and maybe a link to documentation (for the application category)
• [ ] Search by name/application/chord etc
• [ ] Group by application/created date/chord
• [ ] Import recently changed (or all) shortcuts from VSCode
• [ ] Add/remove shortcuts (or some sort of promotion/archival system)
