Describe the solution

[ ] Add configuration file template
[ ] Add configuration file examples to documentation
[ ] Add keybinds to documentation
[ ] Sort tabs without a group into predefined groups from configuration file.
[ ] Sort groups based on same configuration file.
[ ] Bonus: If a rule isn't found for a given tab, move it to a misc group
