Using a NeonDB database branch from a DevZero workspace

NeonDB supports database branching: https://neon.tech/docs/introduction/branching Say, a user has an existing database on Neon. How can they start a development branch on DevZero and code against a branch of that production database hosted on NeonDB.

You should use secrets to connect to Neon, and have a fully functional example w/ a full-stack app (and a DevZero recipe) running against Neon.

Goal:

• Create a recipe and build a workspace on devzero.io/dashboard
• Ensure that workspace (and any running process inside it) can communicate w/ Neon

Acceptance criteria:

• PR with complete docs page (incl. all image assets; .png preferred w/ support for light/dark mode)
• Bonus points for video (clear English audio) at the end (if through Algora, $50 tip for a good 720p+ video tutorial covering a walkthrough for this guide)
