i have the attached file, if i place encoding "UTF-126LE" he place blank
spaces, if i use "ISO-8859-1" he take correct spaces, but jump some quotes, if
i place 'cp1250' or 'cp1251', he take correct spaces and quotes, but not take
correct special characters like "àèòù", ecc.
i am going crazy for it.
i am attaching the code to input in mysql db, and the code to generate csv.
can you help me?
