Openhab config #34

Added a python script for parsing the params.txt file into a .yaml file. Also added a pre-generated .yaml file which can be used directly in an OpenHab thing configuration. Added some missing quotes to the params.txt file.

thanks for contribution. I would try to use this on my test setup in the next days to see if this would work for me.
