output normalized data; & cond mean in 2cond test #12

output normalized data for 2 condition / multiple condition test. Median-by-ratio normalization will be performed. The output file is named as norm_inputfile

output condition means in 2 condition test. The condition means of the normalized data will be 5th and 6th column in the output file.
