Reporting incorrect version #139

Hello! Just letting you know that it looks like the reported version doesn't match the release version number. As of today, the latest release claims to be version 1.3.3, but if you run rsem-calculate-expression --version the version reported is 1.3.1.

I've narrowed the problem down to this line of code. https://github.com/deweylab/RSEM/blob/master/rsem_perl_utils.pm#L12
