How to visualize transcript-coordinate bam in IGV? #150

Hi,

I'm wondering to visualize transcript-coordinate bam result from RSEM (so called “sample_name.transcript.sorted.bam” ) in IGV but got nothing visible. “sample_name.transcript.sorted.bam.bai” already exists in the same folder.
