RSEM 1.3.3 reports wrong version number #153

Hi,

the current release 1.3.3 reports version 1.3.1with rsem-calculate-expression --version. Needs updating in https://github.com/deweylab/RSEM/blob/master/rsem_perl_utils.pm#L12.

It's funny, because the same problem happened with v1.3.0 where the version reporting perl util reported version as 1.2.x. See this: https://github.com/deweylab/RSEM/commit/cb876075455009084e65131f7f912880e55744f4
