Dear Collin, I am getting the errors when I click at the Usage instructions links provided at Readme.md at https://github.com/deweylab/RSEM - where it says, for example, "get usage information or visit the (link)rsem-prepare-reference documentation page". Thanks for the main documentation site. Best, Paula
