I want to know if there is a possibility to indicate where is samtools when you are running rsem-calculate-expression. That is because the limitations of my server I could only use the programs installed by the administrators and rsem-calculate-expression seems not able to run without samtools.
This is my error:
samtools: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
