rsem-prepare-reference with filtered GTF #193

Hi,

when i use rsem-prepare-reference can i provide a filtered GTF file (200 gene-id) which i need for further downstream analysis only. Or shall i provide the whole unfiltered gtf file? I tested that it runs also on the filtered one.
