Hi,
When trying to run RSEM version 1.3.0 or above (currently using version 1.3.1 in a pipeline) I get the following error:
perl: symbol lookup error: /hpc/packages/minerva-centos7/CPAN/5.16.3/lib/perl5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Encode/Encode.so: undefined symbol: Perl_xs_version_bootcheck
Is there a certain version of pearl that should be updated to in order to run the newer rsem versions?
