I am using the attached file (its actually gff3...I have changed the file extension to txt so that I could attach it here) to prepare rsem references. I keep getting errors like "a gene feature might be missing". I tried commenting out the lines in gff3 where this error is generated from. But there are loads of such "missing" gene annotations which are throwing that error. Could you please suggest me something?
