When trying to make my reference to map to using rsem and gff and fna files, I get the error:
Line 1625637 does not have attribute Parent: NC_013663.1 RefSeq tRNA 1 69 . + . ID=rna70978;gbkey=tRNA;product=tRNA-Phe
Is there a way of getting around this so that it continues to make the file?
