What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.<title>"title goes here</title> missing from svg
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Thumbnail of SVG.
No thumbnail
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V0.1.1 Windows 7 Ultimate N 64Bit
Please provide any additional information below.
If the svg does not have a <title> tag then there is no thumbnail. If you edit
the svg and add a <title> the thumbnail works
