Sand vs Grass and seablock compatibility #22

I'm using your mod with seablock since landfill is pretty precious and placing landfill right below the blueprints can save landfill.

The problem is that in seablock the main form of landfill you get is called "sand". Later, you can get mud which turns into "grass" or "sand" and if you turn it into grass it'll work with the landfill blueprints, but earlier in the game you can only make sand (and want to place that sand with my nanobots).

I'm not sure what the best resolution is, but maybe a quick check to see if the player has seablock installed and use the sand item instead for placing under blueprints. The actual item name is "landfill-sand-3".

Also this would be nice for Space Exploration compatibility. It has Space Surfaces where you need to place Scaffolding to be able to build.
