The purpose of this pull request is to add ability to include the station names, trains, and train fuel in the updated blueprints.

I was not 100% sure how to handle changes to the info.json and targetted version release, so that might not be to your liking. So feel free to change it or let me know what the next version should be (or maybe if there is some specific version number you want to use for development versions etc). The only relevant thing is really adding dependency on version 0.18.18 of the base mod since that's where the necessary API change got introduced.
