Does not send Accept HTTP header #4

The HTTP client does not send an Accept HTTP header, so my webfinger provider 
doesn't know if it should respond with application/xml or application/jrd+json

Note that RFC 7033 makes no mention of XRD (or any XML serialisation), so I 
have to default to application/jrd+json, which breaks this implementation.
