Repair plot.cpr_cpr for type = "rmse" #7

Once Issue #4 is done this issue can be address. Extend the plotting method for cpr_cpr objects to show three types of plots

  1. consecutive control polygons
  2. log-likelihood by the number of internal knots
  3. root mean squared error (rmse) by the number of internal knots.
