select rows with shift key

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mouse click on header of row 1
2. press and hold "shift" key
3. mouse click on header of row 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:row 1~ row 3 are selected
result:only row 3 is selected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The same behavior happen to column.
