font color not correct in xls #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use zss to open attached font_color.xls

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Font color of dark red should be dark red.
But the font color of dark red is blue.

The same error as issue 297. We interpreted XFExt colors wrong. It is saved as 
ABGR and we thought it was ARGB.
