Merged cell with auto filter has more one filter button #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. focus on F11
2. click filter button to apply filter
3. the merged cell B6, has more than one filter button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
merged cell shall has one button, refer to attached file
