Other risks related to deployment are usually connected with specific characteristics of the client organization, its processes, work schedules, etc.

A lot of student work could not be properly tracked until the system is up and running.

@abed12345 While that's a valid point, I don't think it is a risk-- I don't think it hurts our chances of delivering the system. Maybe you see it differently.
