Risk: missing win conditions #6

6 Issue by smattingly,

Project success = satisfying the win conditions of all success-critical stakeholders.

Therefore, failure to include one or more win conditions creates severe risk of project failure.

Win conditions are the criteria that the project must satisfy in order to make the stakeholder feel that the outcome is a "win" for them/their organization.

both the students and the teacher will win if the system is up and running because grading will be easier. as for the developers they win when the project is complete because then they will not have to work on it anymore.

I think we need to elaborate win conditions some more. For example, mine would include:

The staff who must use this will have win conditions, too. Those need to be identified.

we need to find out the students win conditions sooner than later

@abed12345 Because you will be a user yourself, you can represent that view to some extent. But it would be good to have at least one other team member providing input.
