Analysis of potential long-term effects, or systemic effects further down the line from the immediate concern. A rather long term development I expect.

How are long term effects not covered by the features?

Smoking cigarettes.
features: "short term please" "long term harm".

"I noticed that all scenarios are ad hoc and that effect on the rules is not considered. This corresponds to act/rule utilitarianism. Is it OK to change this in a sense that long term consequences are also taken into account?"
