Examples disappear on log in #3

"Just a head's up, but once I'm logged in I can no longer click on any of the examples. I can only add a new dilemma."

I can not reproduce this problem. This could happen if the network connection fails after log in. In the current master version there is an error when a request fails for some reason.

I'm assuming this is the case and that the new error message fixes it.
